Amy is adding into the log at the moment – working on a little bird that is coming out of, an other opening on the log, the touching of clay is so relaxing. I had a student, who was diagnosed with Cancer and went to a psychiatrist (as she didn’t know how to handle it) and he told her that in order to relax, she was best to either do some pastry cooking, or do some sculpting. Her cancer went into remission shortly after joining us.
