Starting to learn a new way is Sheryl Tyson with clay sculpturing.  As with all beginners they start with a head.  The more realistic a face is, the better the training.  Here Sheryl has already formed the bone structure, nose, mouth and about to add the eyes.  The most beneficial effect one gets from clay sculpturing is the therapeutic effect.
