Pottering around at the art sculpturing class in Birkdale is what Helen finds so therapeutic. She has accomplished a head, eyes, nose and mouth on her beginners head. Helen said that just touching Clay she gets into her own little world and managed to clear a lot of the monkey thoughts in her mind.
