Meditation to relax the mind

Meditation to get in the moment. You off-course can sit quite and focus on the breath but another way is with art therapy, as it has been proven that is can reduce stress and boost mental well-being. When you are immersed in the creative process, it’s like all your worries take a back seat for a while. It’s like giving your brain a vacation while you create.
