Group pottering around with clay

Group of adult students pottering around with clay at the sculpturing studio in Birkdale Brisbane. Thats where the art therapy swoops in like a superhero. Instead of words we allow art to let our creative side do the talking. The best part we dont need to be artistic geniuses to benefit from it. Without explaining our emotions, thoughts or experiences, the magic happens and we rip the health benefits.
