Clay sculpture is Sonyas second sculpture at the sculpturing classes in Birkdale Qld. Sonya is finding it very therapeutic from her everyday duties and looks forward to letting go one a week and enjoying some ME TIME. That is so important for our health. Often we tend to put everybody’s needs ahead of ours and sometime we just have to realise that its not beneficial to our health.
