Clay boots are coming along nicely

Clay Boots are nearly completed at the sculpturing classes in Birkdale Brisbane. The laces are added loosely as clay tends to shrink when drying and also in the kiln when its being fired. The laces with be adjusted on completion of the sculpture after it has been, fired, coloured, sealed and the rubber base is also added to the bottom on the base.
