Carving Through Challenges: Valentina’s Sculpting Journey

Sculpting has a way of shaping not just clay but also the person working with it. For Valentina, the process of creating her first sculpture became a journey of healing and discovery. Having gone through a very personal and stressful time, she turned to sculpting after hearing about its therapeutic benefits.

At first, she didn’t know how she would get through it, but as her hands molded the clay, she found solace in the creative process. She started with a beginner’s head, carefully learning the techniques and structure. But as she became immersed in the experience, she found herself enjoying it so much that she decided to add shoulders to her sculpture, giving it more depth and expression.

Now, Valentina is in the carving-out stage, refining the details of her piece. Her journey is a testament to the transformative power of art—not just in creating something beautiful, but in offering peace, focus, and emotional release.
