Every Thursday, my studio fills with laughter and creativity as students connect through the joy of sculpting in our art classes. I offer three sessions—morning, afternoon, and evening—giving everyone a chance to unwind and create at their own pace. Studies show that reducing stress and anxiety is key to living a healthier, happier life, and art is a powerful way to do just that.
